How To Retrieve MYNIC Control Panel Username

Domain Names
  1. In your web browser, please go to http://www.mynic.my. Please click Login, this will open a new window.

  2. In the new window, please click Forget Username.


     
  3. Please enter your Contact Code if you have it, and click Submit. Go to step 6.



  4. If you don't have a Contact Code, click magnifier icon, a new window will open.



  5. Type in your domain name into the [Domain Name] field, and click Search. Select the appropriate contact, and click Select.



  6. If your email address is still correct, please select (a) and click Submit. An email will be sent to you.

    If your email address has changed, please select (b), and fill in your new email address, and click Submit. In the next page, print out the sample letter on your organization's letterhead, and fax to MYNIC.



  7. Completed.
