How To Restart Application Pool If Your Site Crashed

  1. Sign in to WebsitePanel control panel with your username and password.
     
  2. Click on Websites.
     
  3. Click on the desired domain name to proceed to the website properties page.
     
  4. If you find the application pool is still running, but your website is not responsive, you need to stop it first.
     
  5. After the application pool is stopped, the Start button will be displayed. Click the start button to start the application pool.
