Configure Email Accounts On Your Apple iPhone X (iOS 13) Device

Email
  1. Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom to tap Other, then under Mail, tap Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your email address, and password to your email account, then tap Manual Setup, and tap IMAP account
  4. On the next screen, please make sure your information is correct, as follows, and tap Next.
     
    Name
    Your preferred display name
    Email Enter your FULL email address
    Password Enter your account password
  5. On the next screen, please make sure your information is correct, as follows, and tap Save.
     
    Incoming Mail Server
    Host Name mail.(your-domain-name.com)
    Username Enter your FULL email address
    Password Enter your account password
     
    Outgoing Mail Server
    Host Name mail.(your-domain-name.com)
    Username Enter your FULL email address
    Password Enter your account password
  6. It may take a few minutes to verify, please wait until it completes. The iPhone will attempt to establish an SSL connection to your IMAP and SMTP servers. If this succeeds, please proceed to next step. If this fails, you will see the prompt, "Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?"
    Tap No.
    Tap Save.
    When prompted, "This account may not be able to send or receive emails. Are you sure you want to save," tap Save.
  7. You are now back to Passwords & Accounts, please tap the account you have just created.
  8. Tap SMTP, tap your email address, please make sure your information is correct as follows, and tap Done.
    Host Name mail.(your-domain-name.com)
    Username Enter your FULL email address
    Password Enter your account password
    Use SSL
    No
    Authentication Password
    Server Port 587
  9. Tap Advanced, under Incoming Settings, please make sure your information is correct as follows:  
    Use SSL
    No
    Authentication Password
    Server Port 143
  10. If you have provided the correct information, the email account creation will be completed.
