How To Configure Email Account on Outlook Mobile App

Make sure you have installed the Outlook app from either the Apple App or Google Play Store. Once installed, open the mail app.
Tap the Add Account button.
Enter the email address you wish to connect to.
Tap the Continue button.
Choose which type of account you'd like to use. IMAP is recommended.
Tap the Advanced Settings toggle at the bottom of the page.
Enter the following under the IMAP Incoming Mail Server settings:
- IMAP Host Name – Check the welcome mail to ensure you're using your correct mail server name. This should be in the form of mail.your-domain-name.com.
- Port – This should be 143.
  Security type – Select NONE from the dropdown.
  IMAP Username – Your full email address
  IMAP Password – The password of your email address
Enter the following SMTP Outgoing Mail Server settings:
- SMTP Host Name – Check the welcome mail to ensure you're using your correct mail server name. This should be in the form of mail.your-domain-name.com.
- Port – This should be 587.
- Security type – Select NONE from the dropdown.
- SMTP Username – Your full email address
- SMTP Password – Your password
Tap the Tick button to complete the configuration.
